Managing Costs
We are mindful of our obligations to clients in regard to careful management of costs and as such we will always adhere to time frames and expenditure limits. Should we believe it beneficial for an investigation to be extended for any reason, we will contact the client giving reasons for our recommendation. Similarly, we make a point of advising clients when we believe further investigation is not warranted.

Report Format & Supporting Evidence
We tailor reports to suit the needs of individual clients, whether these are detailed comprehensive reports with a copy of the investigators’ daily notes or simply typed summaries of activity. High quality video and photographic evidence is provided wherever possible and reports and supporting evidence are personally delivered if required.
