Ramsey Investigation Services recognise the importance of keeping pace
with technological change and has appointed an external IT Support
Specialist to facilitate secured email and internet access and to
advise and assist with all facets of our on-going technological
development.
We have installed sophisticated ‘firewall’ protection to guard
against possible external security attacks. All information residing
within our network is password protected and access to these machines
is restricted to staff with appropriate security clearance.
Services of web and e-mail via Broadband ADSL are available on all
networked PCs. Information transmitted via the Internet is limited to
the specific requirements of the client.
We believe that technological advancements provide opportunities to
improve the way we do business, to reduce overheads and to save time
and money for both our clients and ourselves. This is a standard
agenda item at all business planning sessions and we continue to
explore options in this regard.
Security
All external and internal doors are fitted with deadlocks and the
offices are only accessible after identification.
The premise perimeter is floodlit with sensor lights which are
activated by movement
The office is fully protected by an audible monitored alarm system
on all entrance/exits and activity within the office area.
The central station that monitors this alarm complies with the
Australian Standard 2201.2 – Grade 1.
All client documents and relevant materials are stored in
commercial grade steel lockable cabinets to ensure security and
confidentiality. A control register is in place for location of
tapes/videos and files.
