Integrity and Compliance are very important to Ramsey
Investigation Services.
All investigators are licensed in accordance with the Security
Investigations Act, 1995. We ensure compliance with the requirements
of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986, the Freedom
of Information Act, 1991 and the Privacy Act, 1988, including the
National Privacy Principles (NPP).
All staff and contractors are bound by a comprehensive Code of
Conduct & Confidentiality undertaking that covers the interests of all
parties in regards to factual and surveillance investigations. Any
information obtained during the course of an investigation or enquiry
is not discussed with any other party without the written consent of
the client. All staff and contractors are also bound by a
comprehensive Standards and Practices Undertaking that clearly sets
out the procedures to be followed to ensure the most effective use of
time and resources and compliance with all legal obligations.
